ONSITE/IN-HOUSE TRAINING – In-person & Live Virtual/Online Classes
We can conduct our training programs directly at your facility. All you need to provide is the room, we take care of everything else.

PUBLIC/ OPEN ENROLLMENT – Online/Live Virtual Classes
The Jacman Group provides open enrollment training classes open to local companies in the area (“the public”).
We have public classes in most major cities throughout the United States to ensure all companies (even the smaller ones) have a chance to train their employees.

CLASS REGISTRATION
Not sure if you can make the class? Don’t let that stop you from reserving your seat. If your schedule changes and you notify us at least 5 days prior to the class start date, you’ll receive a credit toward another training or you can send a substitute at no extra charge. Credits must be used within 1 year of the original class date.
Once you’re registered for the course, we’ll send you a formal confirmation email with the hotel and specific class information. If you need any guest rooms, be sure to book your hotel room early as the rooms are booked based on availability. Please make reservations directly with the hotel and be sure to identify yourself as being with The Jacman Group to take advantage of any discounts that may have been negotiated. Please note, hotel accommodations are not included in the training fee and we cannot guarantee them with your registration.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to original class start date and is subject to a $100.00 non-refundable cancellation fee per student. Request for refund within 30 days of class date originally selected will not be honored although student substitution or credit toward a future class is. Regardless of the date registered for the class, any cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to class date. Credits must be used within 1 year of original class date. Any refund request must be sent in writing to The Jacman Group at least 30 days prior to original class. Cancellations of onsite training classes or facility risk assessments within 90 days of agreed upon dates is subject to 50% of the total contract. Rescheduling or relocating of onsite classes may result in additional fees.
All class dates are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or relocate classes for up to 12 months.
